B etter days ahead have been signaled for the Cameroon Development Cor poration (CDC) with the im plementation of two giant projects. They comprise of designing, supplying, and installation of a palm oil processing plant at Idenau and a processing plant in Pendamboko. This is the package that is found in a call for the expression of interest No. 004/CDC/ PD/DTS/26 issued by the General Manager of CDC, Franklin Ngoni Njie. Sources at CDC indicated that the projects follows the Prime Minister, Head of Government’s instructions in 2016 for the restructuring of CDC. In this vein, two key projects were identified which include the construction of a new oil palm mill and a new rubber factory in order to enable CDC comfortably transform her produce. This was mainly as a result of the age of the current mills and factories which were put in place in 1972. As a follow up to govern ment’s orientation, Tylium was identified as a potential partner to construct these industrial units.
